Ingredients
- 3/4 cup crushed gingersnaps
- 2 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar or syrup
- 2-4 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 2 (16 oz. each) cans pork & beans
- 1/4 cup catsup

Directions
Mix all ingredients. Put in a greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
Found this recipe in a Woman's World magazine in the 1980's. It has become one of our favorite baked bean dishes for cookouts. Enjoy!
