Tofu Health Shake
Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (skim/lowfat works fine,too)
  • 1 cup tofu (boiled is best)
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa mix

Directions

Put milk in blender.

Add tofu in small chunks or squares.

Mix on high for 30 seconds or until well blended.

Add banana in pieces.

Mix on high for 30 seconds or until well blended.

Add cocoa mix.

Mix on high for 10 seconds or until well blended.

Serve cold.

This is one serving for an adult breakfast.
